I made a reservation request via your online form. Does this count as booking?

Please note that the reservation form on this website is by no means a booking confirmation. The form on our website is part of our pre-booking policy and is by no means certain that your booking will be completed.

What happens after I send a reservation request?

Our reservetion team will contact you about the details of your chosen tour/car and will give you further instructions about how to book your ticket or reserve your choisen activity/vehicle.

How do I confirm my reservation?

Your reservation is considered confirmed after you purchase your tickets through our offices in Argassi, Zakynthos. Please check our contact page in order you find our office locations.

What happens to my ticket if I can not participate in a tour?

In case you are not able to participate in the tour you can give your tickets to a friend of yours and inform us about  the name change.

Can I cancel my reservation in case of a medical problem?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation and get a statement from our office to get your money back from your insurance company, in case of an accident or a serious medical problem.

Do I get a refund if the tour is cancelled because of weather conditions?

If the tour is cancelled with our responsibiliity or because of  weather conditions you have full refund or you can change to another date.

How old a child must be for a discount to be applied?

A child from 2 to 12 years old benefits of half price discounts to most of our tours. Babies (children from 0 to 2 years old) are free of charge to most of tours as well.

Is there any trip that there is no children discount?

Yes, currently our Turtle trip and the “VIP Yacht Cruises – North Zante” offer no discounts for children. Children and adults are required to pay the same price as the boats’s capacity is very limited.
